Experienced banker and consultant with focus on commercial banking lending to the property sector. Worked in banking until 2000, and after that worked in the property consulting arena to negotiate and structure loans for their clients. Extensive understanding of commercial banking, credit, underwriting with a particular focus on property lending. Experienced in debt restructurings, insolvencies and workouts. Has acted as an expert witness for many years.
